Pearls

• Nondisplaced fractures can be treated nonoperatively, but should be non-weight bearing.
• Canale view X-rays can help evaluate the fracture.
• CT scan can be useful to evaluate the extent of the injury. Can be associated with talonavicular disruption and navicular fracture.
