Pearls

• Spiral fracture that is generally not related to non-accidental trauma (9mo-3 year old).
• Above the knee cast, below the knee cast, CAM boot and no immobilization have all been utilized for treatment with similar outcomes. In all modalities the child is able to ambulate.
